Return & Refund Policy

  • Return - To be eligible for a return –
    1. if you receive different items from your order.
    2. You receive damaged or broken item. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging for return. In addition to the above conditions, if you wish to return the product, we will bear the one-side shipping charge and the one-side shipping charge will be bear by you.

  • Refund - After pickup the product from your location the refund will be released with in 72 hrs. 

  • Replacement - We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@furniseworld.com and send your item to: Furniseworld - VPO Thukariasar, Tehsil - Sri Dungargarh (Raj.)

Cancellation Policy

  • If you have placed an order today and you want to cancel either today or tomorrow before the product is shipped, then we will accept the cancellation with deduction of Payment Gateway processing and service fee of 2.5% on the paid value for the transaction. We will process your refund through NEFT with in 7 working days. 
  • If you have placed an order today and you want to cancel the order either today or tomorrow after the product is shipped, then we will not accept any cancellation..
